Apple will launch four smartphones in 2021. This is reported by the publication MyFixGuide with reference to the authoritative insider Ming-Chi Kuo.
The analyst's report says that the next line of Apple smartphones, like the current one, will consist of four devices. Most likely, the models will receive the names iPhone 13, 13 mini, 13 Pro and 13 Pro Max. According to Min-Chi Ko, the most important innovation of the series will be an improved main camera system.
The specialist noted that the main difference between the next generation cameras and the current one will be the presence of a modified ultra wide-angle lens. Min-Chi Ko stated that if the corresponding sensor in the iPhone 12 Pro and Pro Max has an f / 2.4 aperture, then the updated sensor will get an f / 1.8 aperture. Also, the cameras of the devices will receive a new autofocus system. The expert drew attention to the fact that we are talking exclusively about the top-end gadgets of the line – iPhone 13 Pro and 13 Pro Max.
The specialist noted that the majority of orders – 70 percent – for the production of sensors for the camera will receive the Taiwanese company Largan Precision. Previously, Apple trusted her no more than 50 percent of the total number of orders.
At the end of October, well-known network insider Jon Prosser revealed a key feature of Apple's planned 2021 smartphones. According to him, the top device of the iPhone 13 series will receive a record drive with a capacity of one terabyte.
