Internet and mobile communications will not be disabled in case of Russian invasion – Danilov

Secretary of the National Security Council Oleksiy Danilov claims that in the event of a full-scale invasion of the Russian Federation, the Internet and mobile communications in Ukraine will not be turned off.

Danilov said this while answering a question from journalists during a briefing in Kharkiv on February 11.

– We are definitely not going to turn off the Internet or mobile communications. Moreover, we are trying to do everything possible so that no invasion occurs,” the Secretary of the National Security and Defense Council noted.

He added that Ukraine will defend its territories and “will not give anything to anyone.”

“We don’t need someone else’s, but we won’t give away our own either. They (the Russians, – Ed. ) know this very well. They know the position of our citizens that we will fight for our own. We are on our own land, we do not take the territory of the Russian Federation. For all the times of the existence of our country, we have not attacked anyone,” he said.
