Russia has released a special guide for pro-Russian traitors and collaborators. Ukrainian intelligence came across this one – there is propaganda and absurdity for as much as 14 pages.

Thus, the Kremlin propagandists have prepared a specialized publication for fans of “Russian measure” in Ukraine. There, all 14 pages tell how to deal with the “Kyiv puppet government.” In general, the publication is called just that – “A guide for the citizens of Ukraine on organizing resistance to the Kyiv puppet government”.
the occupiers give detailed advice on sabotaging work in almost all socially significant areas. At the same time, the guide is full of propaganda of hatred for everything Ukrainian, in particular, there is a quote “villages that have broken through to Kyiv form a new reality” with the corresponding set of terminology: “Kyiv junta”, “puppet government”, “Nazis” and so on.
Russians want to spoil everything that can be spoiled
In general, all the advice that this propaganda guide advises can be understood as “spoil the life of a Ukrainian at all levels.” There are even tips for office workers and their supervisors. In particular, there is even an ignorance of corruption, as well as rewards for the worst employees.
Some councils completely copy the classic principles of the Soviet bureaucracy, for example:
- Give confusing and illogical answers when asked for advice;
- Increase the number of documents. Enter plans and reports for the day/week/month/quarter;
- Write as many requests to various authorities as possible;
- Use more medicines and dressings than necessary.
