The world's leading manufacturer of computer processors – the American company Intel – has officially unveiled the reference gaming laptop NUC X15. The model received a magnesium alloy body and a 15.6-inch screen, available in three versions: Full HD resolution with a refresh rate of 144 or 240 Hz, or QHD resolution with a refresh rate of 165 Hz.
At the heart of the laptop is a six-core, twelve-thread Core i5-11400H processor with a clock speed of up to 4.5 GHz, or an eight-core, sixteen-thread Core i7-11800H with a clock speed of up to 4.6 GHz. Graphics – discrete NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3060 or RTX 3060. Provides up to 64 GB of RAM and support for PCI-E Gen 4 drives.
Mentioned is an opto-mechanical keyboard, HDMI 2.1 and Thunderbolt 4. Since the new product is only a reference image, it is extremely unlikely that it will ever become available for purchase by mere mortals. But “the world's most secure Android smartphone” can be ordered in Russia.
