He said that his company created projects for furniture of the Swedish brand, when IKEA left the Russian market, his design studio suffered. A few days ago Kukkoev sued IKEA.
“I was very upset about the closure of IKEA stores, so I sued them. During this period, a meme flashed that McDonald's in Russia is now Uncle Vanya, and IKEA is “Idea”. Accordingly, I thought that I would win money and spend it on the creation of production and the opening of “Idea” stores, so that Russia would have an analogue of IKEA,” Kukoev said.
