Instagram will help users get rid of annoying interlocutors
Social network Instagram to toughen the fight against intrusive interlocutors in private messages, according to the TV channel “360”.
Now users will be able to block not only individual accounts, but also any accounts that the intrusive interlocutor is capable of creating.
The innovation is intended to help people who are repeatedly targeted by haters or annoying fans, or simply do not want that person to be able to find them using a new account.
The social network has also introduced a new filtering tool. Users will automatically be able to hide message requests that contain something offensive (it can even be emoticons). The platform worked with an anti-bullying organization to compile a list of words and phrases on the topic. However, users will also be able to add their own words to it.
New features will become available after the next Instagram update.
Earlier it became known that Instagram users will be able to hide likes under their posts. Previously, this feature was only available in seven countries.
