More than half of Instagram users (52 percent) report problems with the application, about 33 percent report unloading problems, and another 16 percent complain about problems with the website, according to the Downdetector service that monitors the work of Internet resources.
The largest number of problems began to be noted by residents of the United States, and users from Russia, Canada, Great Britain, Spain and Italy also have problems with Instagram.
