Sarazhdin Sultygov, co-chairman of the public organization Mekh-Khel, filed three claims in response to the demand of the head of Chechnya, Ramzan Kadyrov, to bring substantiated charges against him within three days. The video message was published on YouTube, the translation is provided by Fortanga.
According to the publication, the first claim concerns the territorial issue, the second concerns the statements of Chechen officials against the Ingush people, and the third concerns actions against refugees from Ingushetia living in Grozny during the military campaign.
Sultygov suggested to Kadyrov that a bilateral commission be set up to determine the borders between the regions. “Take one step back. Plant commissions on both sides on the land issue, let them work. If this is not possible, let us know about it,” he said and recalled the promise to let go of the territories where the Khashiev teip lived and where the Ingush cemeteries are located. “But we need to die, we are Muslims who have a meeting with the Almighty. This is not a big question, Ramzan, not worth shedding a single drop of blood among our peoples, ”he added.
The social worker also stated that the Ingush, who lived in Grozny and have been registered for a long time, face artificially created obstacles. “Under various pretexts, they are removed from this register, put back on the queue, thrown back. Don't allow it. Do not demand refusals from the owners of Ingush houses, free the houses of the Ingush. We will thank you for this,” he said.
Sultygov also asked Kadyrov to stop Chechen officials from criticizing Ingushetia. “You are talking about fraternal relations. Take care of this brotherhood so that it is not unilateral. Take one step towards us, we will take three steps for you! Then there will be brotherhood and respect for each other between us,” he concluded.
Earlier, the head of Chechnya addressed the Ingush people and demanded that charges be brought against them within three days. “A big request to the Ingush people! If I am your enemy – determine the degree of guilt and punishment. Say what you want to do: beat, exile, kill,” he said. According to the head of the region, the countdown began on January 12 at 17:30.
