Incredible scenes played out in the past few minutes in the second league top game between Wacker Innsbruck and Austria Klagenfurt. Fans of Wacker Innsbruck had shot Bengalos into the stadium in the 28th minute immediately after Lukas Fridrikas made it 2-0. A fireworks landed under the stadium roof and set a loudspeaker on fire.
Referee Felix Ouschan let the game continue while the fire was still in full swing. The fire brigade arrived shortly before the break whistle and was able to extinguish the fire after a while. The game will resume shortly.
