In the Volyn region, a 57-year-old man killed his mother-in-law . The tragedy took place in the village of Zabolotye.
On Saturday, December 18, relatives came to the house of a 75-year-old woman and found her body with numerous injuries. They immediately reported this to the police.
Militiamen found out that the son-in-law of the deceased, who had recently been released from prison, was involved in the murder. Previously, he was convicted of murdering a man.
Police have already detained a 57-year-old malefactor. He was informed of suspicion under Part 1 of Art. 115 (premeditated murder) of the Criminal Code of Ukraine, which provides for imprisonment for a term of 7 to 15 years.
Now the issue of choosing a preventive measure is being decided. A resident of the Volyn region was placed in a temporary detention center.
Recently in the Lviv region, a 40-year-old man killed his 31-year-old pregnant wife. There was a conflict between the spouses, during which the attacker inflicted several knife wounds on the woman.
At that time, the couple's 10-year-old daughter was in the house. The child got scared and ran away to his grandfather and grandmother, who called the police.
