A 14-year-old teenager who robbed a local pharmacy was detained in Vinnitsa. For what he does, he faces up to six years in prison.

The incident took place on the morning of December 10th. The guy secretly got into the pharmacy using the service entrance.

He found a key in the lock of the accounting office door, and after getting inside he found the key to the safe and took 140 thousand hryvnia with him.

The police found the underage robber a few hours later. The guy has already spent 12 thousand hryvnia for his own needs, the rest of the funds were seized.

It turned out that this was not the first theft of an eighth-grader, but he escaped punishment for not reaching the age, from which criminal responsibility comes.

With parents the guy constantly worked juvenile law enforcement officers, but this did not affect the guy's behavior.

Criminal proceedings are open under Part 3 of Art. 185 (Theft combined with penetration into housing, other premises or storage) of the Criminal Code of Ukraine. The sanction of the article provides for punishment in the form of imprisonment for a term of up to six years.

In the near future, an eighth grader will be elected a preventive measure, law enforcement officers will bother about night house arrest.
