In unrecognized South Ossetia, an avalanche covered the Russian military: two people have not yet been found

Three soldiers received first medical aid and were hospitalized.

In the self-proclaimed South Ossetia (part of Georgia – Ed.), five Russian servicemen were under an avalanche.

Two avalanches covered the building where they were stationed the Russian military who guarded the Roki tunnel on the Transcaucasian highway (the only year-round road connecting the unrecognized South Ossetia with the Russian region of North Ossetia).

Three soldiers received first medical aid and were hospitalized, and two more people are being searched.

Earlier it was reported that two people were killed during an avalanche in the Slovak Tatras.
