In Ukraine, they told about the spread of the strain “delta” COVID-19

Chief Sanitary Doctor of Ukraine Igor Kuzin spoke about the spread of the “delta” strain of the coronavirus infection COVID-19.

As he told Suspilny, the mark of three hundred cases of the delta strain in Ukraine was passed on 12 August.

He clarified that 21 cases of coronavirus with this strain were detected in Kiev.

Earlier, the World Health Organization (WHO) said that the number of countries with a “delta” strain of coronavirus in a week increased from 135 to 142.
