GBR: after the shooting in the Dnieper, a criminal case of premeditated murder was opened

A criminal case was opened on the fact of the shooting, which was opened by a conscript soldier of the National Guard of Ukraine in the Ukrainian city of Dnipro. This is reported by the State Bureau of Investigation (GBR) of the Republic.
The case was initiated in accordance with paragraphs one and four of part two of Article 115 (“Premeditated murder”) of the Criminal Code (CC) of Ukraine. The ministry also noted that a soldier with weapons and ammunition fled the scene.
“The reasons and motives of the person who committed the crime are being established. The State Bureau of Investigation is also studying in detail the procedure for organizing the service and protection of a strategic facility by responsible officials,” the GBR added.
