A 10-day-old baby and his mother, who spent 90 hours under the rubble of buildings as a result of an earthquake, were rescued in Turkey.

A boy named Yagiz and his mother were found under the ruins of their house in the southern Turkish province of Hatay. They spent more than 90 hours there in the cold and were taken to the hospital.
The baby spent almost half of his life stuck under concrete slabs before being pulled out of the ruins.
Dramatic footage was published on the Web of how doctors carefully pulled a child out of the rubble and wrapped him in a thermal blanket. The baby's mother had to be secured to a stretcher after it became clear she couldn't walk on her own.

Recall that as of February 10, the death toll from earthquakes in Turkey and Syria rose to 23,431. Another 83,008 people were injured. According to Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan, 75,523 people have been rescued in his country.
