The incident occurred in the Rybnitsa region of Moldova – 6 km from the border with Ukraine.
On Friday, April 5, on in the territory of the so-called military unit of the unrecognized “Transnistrian Moldavian Republic” an explosion was heard again.
Local propagandists from the TV channel “First Pridnestrovsky” claim that this object was attacked by an unknown drone and publish a video of the flight of some kind of drone.
As a result The explosion allegedly damaged the radar station.
“The target was a radar station, which received minor damage, but there were no casualties. An investigative team is working on the spot. Criminal proceedings have been opened,” the message says.
In the published photos you can only see a small and shallow crater in the ground.
Recall that on March 17 in Transnistria they announced an attack on a military unit by a drone, allegedly destroyed the helicopter. Representative of the Main Intelligence Directorate of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine Andrey Yusov called this attack a “Russian provocation.” He notes that Moscow manipulates the information space to escalate the situation.
