Local separatists claim that the explosion was caused by an attack drone.
On Sunday, March 17, Transnistria announced attack on a military unit of the Russian army located in this separatist region of Moldova.
The corresponding video was distributed by Russian Telegram channels.
The published footage shows that a helicopter exploded, after which a fire started.
Representatives of the so-called local authorities assure that the cause of the incident was a kamikaze drone strike.
It is reported that there were no casualties as a result of the explosion.
Recall that at the end of February, unrecognized Transnistria turned to Russia for help in connection with an alleged economic blockade from Moldova.
