An explosion occurred in one of the shopping centers in the US state of Virginia. Harrisonburg City Police) are investigating the reasons for the incident. The explosion injured at least five people, reports ABC.
According to the TV channel, the explosion in the shopping center occurred on the morning of Saturday, October 17. Three people were hospitalized, and two were treated by doctors at the scene.
Virginia Governor Ralph Northam said it was a gas explosion.
“My team and I are closely following the situation in Harrisonburg after the gas explosion this morning,” Northam said on his Twitter page.
