After the collision, the sedan tried to continue driving at the closed intersection, but security officers quickly cordoned it off.
Biden was put in a car, where his wife was already, and they were quickly taken to a house in Wilmington.
The couple are reported to be safe and that the incident has not affected the American President's schedule.
Recall that in July of this year in the Ternopil region there was an accident involving a car that was in the motorcade of Polish Prime Minister Mateusz Morawiecki during his visit to Ukraine.
