“There are indications that Russia is moving towards an imminent invasion. This is a decisive moment, ”the permanent representative told reporters.
Earlier, British Foreign Secretary Liz Truss said that Russia had fabricated reports of Ukraine's abnormal military activity in the Donbass in order to create a pretext for an invasion. In her opinion, this is happening “according to the old and proven scenario of the Kremlin.”
