The speaker of the house of representatives, Nancy Pelosi has accused Russia of meddling in the presidential election of 2020. She stated this at a meeting of the lower house of Congress.
“Russia is again interfering in our elections, we were told about this intelligence. We must protect our security, our electoral system, we need to give people the opportunity to vote as they want,” she said.
Pelosi added that elections should be held without interference regardless of their format. According to the speaker, state governments should provide opportunities and full-time, and online voting.
