On Tuesday, June 21, a passenger airliner of the Red Air airline, which arrived in the American city of Miami from Santo Domingo (Dominican Republic), suffered a landing gear failure in the nose of the aircraft, resulting in a fire.

About this According to the Associated Press, citing the local aviation department.

126 people were on board the MD-82 aircraft, three of them were taken to hospitals with minor injuries. Other passengers were taken by bus from the plane to the terminal.

The picture shows the plane stopped in the grass near the runway, the area around it , apparently, was doused with special fire-fighting chemicals. At least three fire engines arrived to put out the fire.
