The incident took place in a parking lot. Unidentified persons opened fire from a car that was driving past a parking lot with food stalls, where people were crowded.
Among the victims are three adults and four minors, including a one-year-old child. The state of the latter is assessed as critical. The injuries of other victims do not pose a threat to life.
