In the Sumy region between Chupakhivka and Dovzhik (Akhtyrsky district), Russian tanks shot down a bus with civilians. This information was confirmed by the head of the Sumy Regional State Administration Dmitry Zhivitsky.
According to him, ambulances are now not allowed, because the area around is mined.
“Now the family doctors walk out of the outpatient clinic to meet them, to the place of execution. They will try to provide them with medical care until the ambulance arrives,” he said.
Zhivitsky assured that this is verified information and said that he would announce the details soon.
