The authorities of the Khanty-Mansiysk Autonomous Okrug (Ugra) obliged all sellers to show buyers QR codes about vaccinations or transferred coronavirus. The corresponding legal act is published on the website of the government of the Russian region.
Since December 25, employees of organizations, individual entrepreneurs and citizens engaged in trade have been instructed to demonstrate the code on demand. At the same time, both buyers and customers or recipients of services can request such information. Khanty-Mansi Autonomous Okrug became the first region in the country to introduce such a practice.
Earlier, real estate experts suggested that in 2022, almost half of new shopping centers will open in Russia than in 2021. Analysts attributed the sharp decline in the activity of developers to possible restrictions on access to public places – the adoption of the bill on covid certificates could lead to the freezing of construction projects in the early stages. Also, the activity of the developers of shopping centers can slow down the fall in demand for rental premises, the rise in prices for building materials and increased interest on loans.
