New amendments to the Criminal and Criminal Procedure Code of Russia allow suspects to be immediately detained red-handed, which simplifies the “catching” of former prisoners.

Because then as many experienced fighters who have gone through the war as possible will again go to war without any contract, simply by writing a statement.
