According to them, the fire started in the area military airfield “Chkalovsky”, near the city of Shchelkovo. Recently, saboteurs carried out an explosion at this airfield and significantly damaged two aircraft and one helicopter.
Local residents reported that a large column of smoke was visible in the industrial area located near the military airfield. Local authorities have not yet commented on the information.
