In the part of the Kharkiv Oblast, which was occupied by the Russian occupation troops, children began to be kidnapped.
This is reported by the State Border Guard Service of Ukraine.
— In the part of Kharkiv region, which was occupied by rashist troops in order to terrorize local residents, the invaders are inciting collaborators to kidnapping (theft of children), — noted in the department.
The fact is that collaborators who agreed to work for the enemy abducted the children of one of the local residents. The Russian invaders were informed that the man had weapons collected from the battlefields.
– The Russians sent local collaborators to sort it out. The expropriators did not find the owner of the house, therefore, in agreement with the Russian officers, they took away his two underage sons. Their father went to another locality for humanitarian assistance to feed his six-month-old grandson, — told the State Border Service.
The collaborators began to blackmail the man over the phone. He honestly admitted that he had found one machine gun, but the enemy's henchmen said that only one son could be given for one weapon, or “you would have to negotiate”.
— This example is another proof that Russia despises the rules of war and grossly violates the norms of International Law, and the crimes committed by the Russian Federation are commensurate with the crimes of Hitler, — noted in the State Border Service of Ukraine.
