A group of 11 skiers fell under an avalanche near the Teng ski resort (Salzburg, Austria). For three people, this incident ended fatally, among the dead was the 19-year-old world and European champion in motocross among juniors Rene Gopher.

< p> A 200 meter wide snow slab descended on skiers climbing the slope during a ski tour. Two victims of the avalanche were found immediately – one was already dead, and the second died in the hospital. After four hours of searching, rescuers found the body of the third victim. Two more with injuries were taken to a local hospital.

According to the British newspaper, 19-year-old world and European champion in motocross among juniors Rene Gopher was one of the victims of the avalanche. The other two victims are also young people aged 19 and 24.

Recall that in the mountains of Transcarpathia, rescuers are looking for three tourists. They lost their bearings while snowmobiling in the Runa area of ​​the Turye-Remetovskaya territorial community of the Uzhgorod region.
