The number of cases of coronavirus infection in Switzerland increased by 4,020 per day and amounted to 465,981, TASS reports, citing data from the country's Ministry of Health.
Over the past day, 98 people have died, in total during the pandemic – 7369.
19,205 people were hospitalized, including 208 in the last 24 hours. The average incidence rate in the country is 5 390.32 per 100 thousand inhabitants, mortality – 85.24 per 100 thousand.
The day before, it was reported that more than 9.6 thousand cases of coronavirus infection COVID-19 were detected in Switzerland in four days.
