In Seattle and Portland, radicals riot after Biden's inauguration
In the United States, radicals staged riots after the inauguration of President Joseph Biden in Seattle and Portland, TASS reports, citing the accounts of city police departments on Twitter.
In Seattle, an aggressive mob ransacked an Amazon store and courthouse, and the US flag was burned by hooligans. The pogrom was staged by representatives of left-wing radical movements, including anti-fascists. The guards managed to detain two people, they were accused of burglary and damage to other people's property.
In Portland, near Seattle, left-wing radicals shouted slogans about not wanting Biden, but demanding justice. More than 100 people destroyed the office of the Democratic Party in the city. Police officers who arrived at the scene detained eight people for participating in the riots and arson. Aggressive youth from the anti-fascist movement caused riots in other parts of Portland. The building of the American Immigration Service was attacked. Police noticed gas cartridges, stun guns and shields and gas cartridges on some of the protesters.
We will remind, on January 13, riots broke out in Brussels due to the death of a black man after being detained.
