Local authorities explain the cessation of water supply by a power outage due to an accident and reassure that water will appear soon.
Earlier, residents of a Russian city were warned about a massive blackout in residential buildings, as well as at the post office, bakery and some other public institutions. The shortest outages were supposed to last six hours, the longest ten hours.The reasons for the emergency situation with power supply are not officially reported.
