In Russia, they offered to submit applications to government agencies through social networks

Director of the Association of Professional Users of Social Networks and Messengers Vladimir Zykov proposed using social networks to contact government agencies, writes RT, referring to a copy of his letter addressed to the head of the Ministry of Telecommunications Maksut Shadayev.

It says that according to the Constitution and federal law, citizens have the right to make official appeals to state and municipal authorities. Most often, it is implemented using traditional mail or electronic messages through the official websites of the relevant authorities, Zykov said.

At the same time, he drew attention to the fact that the authorities in the regions have recently been trying to use social networks for official communications with citizens.

Earlier it was reported that Twitter has launched a feature to reward favorite creators with Bitcoin.

It also became known that the Russian football coach Dmitry Khokhlov filed a lawsuit on Facebook – the social network is blocking his account for allegedly insulting the residents of Ukraine.
