According to British intelligence, in Russia from 2022 to 2023 the number of men with disabilities increased by a record 30% due to significant losses of the Russian army in the war.

This was reported by the British Ministry of Defense intelligence in its daily report for March 16.
So, according to an analysis of data from the Pension Fund and the Social Insurance Fund of Russia, in the territory of the terrorist country in 2022 there were 1.67 million men with disabilities aged 31-59 years.
However, in 2023 this number increased by 507 thousand or 30%. According to Russian demographers, the increase in the number of men with disabilities is likely due to the war in Ukraine.
“This is almost certainly true. A significant number of the more than 355,000 casualties suffered by Russian forces as a result of the conflict in Ukraine are wounded military personnel,” the intelligence adds.
Britain also recalls that the average daily number of Russian casualties has increased since the beginning of the Russian offensive in the fall of 2023, when the Russian Federation lost an average of 983 people per day.
“The record increase in the number of disabled men aged 31-59 and the wounded will have a significant impact on Russian medical and social services,” the intelligence agency added.
Recall that Russian troops lost about 429,580 of their troops during the full-scale invasion of Ukraine, including 1,160 people in the last 24 hours on March 15.
