The government promptly worked out all the solutions to start a lump sum payment of 15 thousand rubles to the military. This was stated by Prime Minister Mikhail Mishustin at a meeting with his deputies on Monday.
“I ask the heads of ministries and departments to organize this work so that everyone who is entitled to the presidential payments receives them on time,” Mishustin said.
On September 6, on behalf of the President, one-time payments will begin to servicemen, including cadets of military schools, as well as law enforcement officers. With such an initiative, the president spoke at a meeting with representatives of the United Russia party in August. The amount of payments is the same – 15 thousand rubles – and does not depend on titles and positions.
– Our military is doing their job with dignity, protecting the country and all its citizens. This responsible work deserves the greatest respect and support, – said Mishustin.
The meeting also discussed the work of “digital government”. According to the head of the Ministry of Digital Science Maksut Shadayev, users of “Gosuslug” will soon receive their entire medical record in their personal account. It will be possible to see electronic appointments, prescriptions, test results, medical research.
Shadayev also said that by 2024, it is planned to provide all teachers with modern tablets with access to an electronic magazine, and all school classes should have access to the Internet. Shadayev also recalled that from next year high school students will have the opportunity to free in-depth study of programming languages. The training will be carried out remotely or in specialized centers.
Mishustin also asked to report to him on the implementation of the President's order on the purchase of ambulances and school buses to the regions.
“In total, by order of the president, at least 16 thousand school buses and 5 thousand ambulances should be delivered to the regions in the next four years. When preparing the draft three-year federal budget, we will allocate the necessary funds for this. We will annually allocate 10 billion rubles for the purchase of school buses, 6 billion rubles for ambulances, ”Mishustin said.
By the end of this year, the regions should receive at least 1.6 thousand ambulances and over 4 thousand school buses. Almost 15.5 billion rubles have already been allocated for this.
