Cyberpunk 2077 has a pistol with built-in artificial intelligence “Skippy” (which in the Russian version speaks in the voice of Alexander Gudkov). A YouTube blogger has recreated this weapon.
The enthusiast showed the process of creating Skippy in a video posted on the 1up-crafts YouTube channel. First, the blogger found a 3D model of the pistol on cgtrader. He 3D printed it, and then processed it by hand – added the necessary details and colored.
Electronic components were inserted into the weapon, including an Arduino. During the assembly process, not everything went smoothly: some parts caught fire and the author had to replace them. In the end, everything was ready. The pistol was able to utter lines at the push of a button. Of course, there is no need to talk about high-level AI here, but it turned out to be a good toy for fans of the game.
