In the Chernihiv region, a fellow villager brutally killed a pensioner because he did not want to return the debt. The man owed a neighbor a thousand hryvnias.

Ekaterina Ivanovna's relatives sounded the alarm when the woman stopped communicating. They asked a good friend to check if everything is in order.

The police were hit when the main suspect in the massacre of a fellow villager the next day slept peacefully in his own house, without even thinking about escaping or an alibi.
