The operatives drew up an administrative report against 24-year-old Vladislav R. from Dedovsk near Moscow for petty hooliganism. Now he faces a fine or administrative arrest for 15 days.
Recall that in Russia people are also detained for reading books in Ukrainian. This story happened to 34-year-old Muscovite Ella, who was flying on the Moscow-Vladikavkaz flight. Other passengers noticed that she was reading a book in Ukrainian and reported her to the police.
