The man was detained and his identity was established. He turned out to be a citizen of Moldova.

He himself claims that he is also a citizen of the Russian Federation. For now, Moldovan law enforcement officers are checking his claim. During interrogation, the man motivated his actions by saying that he was dissatisfied with the actions of the Russian authorities.
