As for the expenses for the purchase of air defense systems, the speaker said that representatives of the Ministry of Defense of Moldova should be involved in the assessment.
“I can't give you a figure. The military must conduct the necessary assessment and offer a solution, which, yes, will cost a lot,” he said.
Moldovan Vice Prime Minister Nicu Popescu reportedly said that on October 10, three Russian missiles crossed his country's airspace. After the incident, he instructed to call for clarifications for the Russian ambassador.
