On the morning of December 10, a resident of one of the villages of Sambirskiy in Lviv region killed a 31-year-old pregnant wife .
It has been preliminarily established that during the conflict, a 40-year-old man stabbed a woman several times . She died as a result of her injuries. At that time, the spouses' 10-year-old daughter was in the house.
The girl got scared, jumped out of the house through the window and ran to her grandparents, who reported the incident to the police. Law enforcement officers arrived at the family's house, but found the woman dead.
After a perfect 40-year-old man attempted to commit suicide . He wanted to cut his throat, but he was hospitalized with a neck wound.
Criminal proceedings were instituted against the man under paragraph 2 of part 2 of Art. 115 (Intentional murder) UCU. Expert examinations have been appointed in the case, the police are investigating all the circumstances of the incident.
A resident of the Lviv region faces imprisonment for a term of from 10 to 15 years or life imprisonment .
