In seven large cities of Georgia, from November 9, a restriction on movement at night is introduced due to the situation with coronavirus infection, said Deputy Prime Minister, Minister of Regional Development and Infrastructure of the country Maya Tskitishvili.
“By the decision of the interdepartmental coordination council, from November 9 in large cities – Tbilisi, Batumi, Gori, Zugdidi, Kutaisi, Poti and Rustavi – a restriction on movement is introduced from 22:00 to 05:00. We are talking about moving both on foot and by transport, ”TASS quotes her.
The Georgian Deputy Prime Minister noted that this is not a curfew.
Earlier in Georgia, a mandatory mask regime was introduced on the street.
