Svyatoshinsky District Court of Kiev fined a woman for traveling in a minibus of intercity communication no Covid certificate or negative PCR test.
The corresponding court decision was posted in the Unified State Register of Court Decisions.
The document says that on October 26 at about 12:30 a woman was a passenger of a Volkswagen minibus, which carried out interregional communication Kiev-Lutsk.
The passenger was without a negative test result for Covid-19 or a document confirming the receipt of a vaccination course, which violated the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine No. 1236.
the woman did not appear. The judge took into account the woman's attitude to the perfect, which is reflected in her written explanations, and examined the video from the police camera, establishing that the defendant did not admit his guilt and expressed disagreement with the established transportation rules.
As a result of the consideration of the case, the woman was recognized guilty of committing an administrative violation and ordered to pay a fine of UAH 17,000 and a UAH 454 court fee . She can appeal the ruling within 10 days from the date of its issuance.
