In Ivano-Frankovsk region, on a lake in the town of Tysmenytsya, a 12-year-old boy fell under the ice. The child started screaming for help .
According to the State Emergency Service, even before the unit arrived, local residents pulled the student out of the water .
Rescuers examined the boy and handed him over to medical workers. The child is now safe.
