A helicopter with four high-ranking military personnel on board crashed in the Indian state of Tamil Nadu; among the people on board was also the head of the country's defense headquarters, Bipin Rawat. It is reported by India Today.
According to the newspaper, the helicopter took off from the Indian Air Force base in Cere and was heading for the city of Wellington.
