Activists Attack Defense Company in Belgium

According to the Belgian publication, 150 pro-Palestinian activists broke into the warehouse of the defense company OIP Land Systems in the Belgian city of Tournai. They damaged armored vehicles that were intended for transfer to Ukraine.

The next delivery is now delayed by at least a month. That is all that these Hamas sympathizers will achieve with their actions, said OIP CEO Freddy Versluis.

Activists in the “Stop Arming Israel” campaign have been demanding that Belgium impose sanctions on the Jewish state. They said they were opposed to cooperation with the Israeli company Elbit, which they said supplies much of the equipment for the Israeli army.

A similar incident occurred the day before in Erfurt, Germany. There, Russians set fire to Bundeswehr trucks. They probably mistakenly believed that they were Ukrainian military equipment. This is the second case of arson in Erfurt. Russian propaganda Telegram channels spread disinformation, allegedly the damaged equipment belonged to the Ukrainian Armed Forces and was being repaired.
