President of Belarus Alexander Lukashenko signed a law that toughens penalties for gray wage schemes for company executives. So, for such a scheme, they face serious criminal liability. This is reported by “Constantinople”.
It is already known that a number of criminal cases have been initiated in the republic under this article. In the near future, the heads of a private company for the manufacture of PVC products will be in the courts. In connection with the “gray” salaries, the state received less taxes in the amount of about 2 million rubles.
As reported, 45 employees were paid enveloped salaries. The workers were informed that they did not pay taxes with these funds. The managers, in turn, did not say that employees are deprived of social guarantees.
Funds that are paid in this way are not counted towards the calculation of pensions and childcare benefits.
As a result, salaries of state employees are not raised, and pensions are not raised for pensioners.
Leaders will only be punished for deliberate evasion of taxes and insurance premiums.
According to the previous rules, managers were only responsible for administrative responsibility.
As it became known, the senators of Russia will prepare proposals to strengthen the responsibility for employers for the payment of unofficial wages to employees. This followed from the approved list of instructions to members of the Federation Council for the implementation of the message of Russian President Vladimir Putin to the Federal Assembly.
