B Belarus mercenaries of the Wagner PMC are training drone operators for the war against Ukraine. We are talking about the so-called Belarusian training centers.
The Center for National Resistance writes about this.
It is in such centers that “Wagnerian” instructors spend two weeks teaching the mobilized military topography, artillery, medical training, management and communications. But the main emphasis of the two-week courses is on mastering the operator skills of controlling UAVs, in particular FPV drones. After such “express courses,” the occupiers immediately go to war in Ukraine.
“However, the instructor work and salary do not suit the participants of the Wagner PMC, and in Belarus there is an outflow of instructors choosing to participate in the war in Africa, where the money pays more,” the message says.
According to the Center for National Resistance over the last period, the number of “Wagnerites” in Belarus has decreased from 500 people to 400.
Recall, according to the NYT, a base for storing nuclear weapons is being built in Belarus.
