The incident is reported by Russian propaganda media.
It is now known that two entrances to a residential building fell at once. According to locals, a battery burst in one of the apartments before the collapse. This seems to have happened in the fourth entrance, after which the foundation of the five-story building was washed away and a crack appeared on the house.
As a result of the incident, an 84-year-old woman who was in an apartment on the fifth floor died. There are supposedly still people under the rubble.
