A four-year-old girl was rescued in Russia, who for several days lived in the same apartment with her dead mother.
The incident took place in one of the settlements of the Vyborgsky district in the Leningrad region.
The child has no father, therefore the local department of guardianship and guardianship will decide the fate of the girl.

The police were contacted by the neighbors of a 40-year-old mother, who stopped communicating and answering calls. No one has seen her daughter since then.
It turned out that the woman worked in a taxi service and, according to friends, did not abuse alcohol. Together with her daughter, she lived in poverty, sometimes she could borrow money from neighbors. She had no relatives.
When law enforcement officers came to the woman's apartment, no one opened the door for them. Together with the rescuers of the Ministry of Emergencies, they were able to get inside through the window.
In the room, the police found the body of the mother, and next to her – a safe and sound four-year-old girl. In general, unsanitary conditions reigned in the apartment, dirty things and old stuff were lying around.
According to preliminary information, there were no signs of violent death on the woman's body. The police launched an investigation, the cause of the mother's death will be installed after forensic examination.
